Instructions we can use to decide whether to approve or decline this photo exchange:
Agreement:
1. By using this service you represent that you are over 18.
2. A fee will be requested to proceed with service.
3. The fee is not refundable.
4. The photo exchange might be declined, in which case, you will not receive a photo, and neither will the other person. But the fee is still not refundable.
5. Staff in Ukraine or Russia will process your request.
6. If you need to make reference to a cultural figure, please include a link to a picture of the cultural figure. Otherwise we will not know what you are talking about. But even if we do not know what you are talking about, the fee is still not refundable.
7. We can approve or decline a photo exchange for any reason.
8. We will not provide a reason if the photo exchange is declined.
9. We will not provide a reason if the photo exchange is approved.
10. Only staff will see your instructions. The other person will not see your instructions.
11. You are welcome to try again if the photo exchange is declined. We do not remember who or what we approve or decline.
12. Other than the two consenting persons who have paid, and the staff who need to review the photos in order to approve or decline the photo exchange, no other people or third parties will have access to your private photos.
13. Staff do not see the email addresses or names of persons exchanging photos. They only see the photo and the instructions.
14. In case of a declined exchange, private information is deleted immediately. The payment is not refunded. One or both parties will receive an email saying that the photo exchange was declined.
15. If the photo exchange request does not complete for any reason (i.e. if one party does not reply or does not pay), then private information will be deleted after 3 days.
16. No information is stored for marketing or legal reasons.
17. This server is in Canada. It is accessed by staff in Ukraine or Russia in order to process your request.
18. No information is shared with third parties. In the event of a court order, there is nothing we can do to retrieve information that is more than 3 days old.
19. However, we will comply with any court order. If a court orders us to turn over our records before 3 days have gone by, then we will do so.
20. IP Addresses and access times are stored indefinitely for the purpose of maintaining and compiling server statistics.
21. Certain types of image exchanges will be declined automatically. For example: naked images of children, illegal images, maps or any images that seem to have a criminal intent, etc. Basically we don't want to get in trouble, so keep that in mind and we'll all get along.
22. If you pay multiple times by mistake, we will NOT refund your money. Be careful - you only need to pay once.
